5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of our Apps may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Billing: All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they handle all payment processing. We are unable to process refunds directly.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period after the change, and you will be notified in advance by the platform.

The Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the Apps

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BDK Apps from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Apps or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using our Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In the event of termination:

• Your license to use the Apps is immediately revoked.
• Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
• Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your App Store or Play Store account to avoid further charges.

11. Modifications to the Apps & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Apps (or any features within them) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Apps.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Apps shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BDK Apps regarding your use of the Apps and supersede any prior agreements.
