Do I need to create an account to use your apps?

Most of our apps work without any account creation, login, or sign-up. You can start using the app immediately after downloading. Some apps may offer optional account features for enhanced functionality.

Is my data stored in the cloud?

Our apps prioritize local, on-device storage wherever possible. Your personal data stays on your device unless you explicitly use a feature that requires server communication (such as AI-powered features).

What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?

For apps that store data locally, uninstalling permanently deletes all locally stored data. There is no cloud backup, so this action cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need your data before uninstalling.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). To cancel:

iOS: Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions > select the app > Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > select the app > Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, as they process all payments. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or Google Play Help (Android) to request a refund.

Are AI features safe to use?

When you use AI-powered features, only the necessary content is sent to our secure server for processing. Your content is not stored on our servers after the response is generated. AI-generated content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

A feature is not working. What should I do?

First, check your internet connection — some features require an active connection. If the issue persists, try restarting the app. If it still does not work, contact us at support@bdkapps.com with a description of the issue.
