Delete Your Data
Your data is under your control. Here is how to remove it.
How Your Data Is Stored
Our Apps prioritize local, on-device storage wherever possible. User-created content is stored directly on your device or in your private account.
We minimize server-side storage of your personal data. This means:
- Your data is fully under your control.
- Deleting data from the app or uninstalling the app permanently removes locally stored data.
- We cannot recover deleted local data on your behalf.
Delete Data Within the App
Most apps also allow you to delete individual entries without resetting all data.
Uninstalling the App
You can also simply uninstall the app from your device. For apps with local-only storage, this permanently deletes all associated data.
On iOS:
- Long-press the app icon on your Home Screen.
- Tap "Remove App" > "Delete App" > "Delete".
On Android:
- Long-press the app icon.
- Tap "Uninstall" and confirm.
- Alternatively, go to Settings > Apps > select the app > "Uninstall".
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your data or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription separately:
- iOS: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > select the app > Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > select the app > Cancel.
Third-Party Data
While we minimize server-side data storage, certain features involve third-party services:
- AI-powered features: Content sent for AI processing is handled by our server proxy and is not retained on our servers after the response is generated.
- Subscription data: Anonymized subscription status data is managed by Adapty. Contact support@bdkapps.com if you would like us to request deletion of your anonymized subscription records.
